“One voice and 10 machines. Track by track combined to the digital pulse of today. ” This was the motto under which singer Sophie Mende and beat programmer Bastian Büßer formed the band SUB. For their first single “Glitter is Glowing” we were given the chance to do the post production, which was all in the spirit of the title.
In the course of the song’s three minutes, various glitter overlays slowly but steadily cover the clip until the two protagonists almost disappear behind them. Lush colors create just the right feeling for this song, which has its home in every good club. The whole thing is framed by an animation that atmospherically bathes the band’s logo in volumetric lighting.
